Thank you for choosing ReelsVerse ("App," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReelsVerse mobile application distributed on Google Play.
By installing, opening, or using ReelsVerse, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with any changes, stop using the App and uninstall it.
2.1 Core Service: ReelsVerse provides short-form drama streaming and related entertainment features. No registration or login is required to use the App.
2.2 Regional/Copyright Restrictions: Some content may not be available in certain countries or regions due to licensing, copyright, or regulatory requirements.
2.3 Service Changes: We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
3.1 You must meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction: generally 13 years old, or 16 in the EU/EEA (or as required by local law).
3.2 Minors must use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3.3 We may restrict access for users who violate these Terms or applicable laws.
ReelsVerse does not offer user registration, login, or account creation. You use the App anonymously without signing in. Watch history and preferences may be stored locally on your device. We do not maintain user profiles tied to your identity.
You may use ReelsVerse only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
6.1 ReelsVerse may display third-party advertisements. We do not control or endorse advertiser content.
6.2 Third-party ad providers may collect device and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6.3 Any transactions between you and advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
If ReelsVerse offers in-app purchases through Google Play, payments are processed by Google Play and subject to Google Play Terms of Service. Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies.
8.1 All content, software, trademarks, and materials in ReelsVerse are owned by us or our licensors.
8.2 You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content for personal use only.
8.3 You may not remove watermarks, copyright notices, or DRM protections from any content.
Your use of ReelsVerse is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use device and usage data. To request deletion of server-side data, email insatapp@gmail.com.
10.1 ReelsVerse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
10.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
10.3 We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, network issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelsVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed USD $50 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.
12.1 We may restrict or discontinue your access at any time for violations of these Terms or operational reasons.
12.2 You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling removes locally stored App data from your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or region of residence, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
Your use of ReelsVerse through Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
